About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee its food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, and keeping the team focused on daily goals. The Assistant Food Manager also assists with merchandising and helps ensure the highest quality of customer service every day. The position is listed at Kwik Trip 765, with variable shifts and a full pay range of $16.00 to $22.26. Actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. The role is primarily second shift and requires 40 hours per week. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses described as ranging from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability. Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
