About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to lead and support the store’s food program. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example for excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for helping ensure the highest quality of customer service every day. This position requires full-time availability for 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, in a fast-paced store environment. The role also involves maintaining a clean and inviting store and being able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day. Requirements

Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily second shift.
Great people skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
Desire to help others.
At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
