About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager ensures the highest quality of customer service is delivered each day and helps maintain a clean, inviting store.

Requirements

• Be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.
• Have great people skills.
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
• Have a desire to help others.
• Have at least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Be able to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Have knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
