Assistant Food Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure the highest quality of customer service each day and maintains a clean, inviting store. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with a variable shift. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- Six months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for 8–10 hours per day.
