About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the store’s food program and help serve the community. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest quality of service each day.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and primarily on second shift, with variable shifts. The role is based at Kwik Trip 202. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.26; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Requirements

• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.

• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
