Assistant Food Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip’s Assistant Food Manager is responsible for the store’s food program. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, and keeping the team focused on daily goals. The Assistant Food Manager also assists with merchandising and ensures high-quality customer service every day. Kwik Trip describes its teams as energetic, ambitious, and focused on making a difference in the communities they serve. The company is family-owned and shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
