Assistant Food Manager
About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program and help make a difference in the communities the company serves. The role includes preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, setting an example of excellent customer service, helping the team achieve daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring high-quality customer service every day. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable scheduling. The Assistant Food Manager helps maintain a clean and inviting store and supports a fast-paced, customer-focused team. Requirements
- Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily second shift.
- Great people skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others.
- At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
