About The Position

Cadence Petroleum Group, doing business as Hoosier Penn Oil Company, is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to help deliver and execute daily and short-term plans that support operational and business objectives. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role supports warehouse associates and delivery operations, helps coordinate staffing and schedules, and maintains warehouse, inventory, customer service, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer programs.
• Ability to load and unload products according to load size and content description.
• Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing warehouse associates, dispatch routes, and support for delivery drivers.
• Work with the Facility Manager to plan, monitor, and execute schedules, adjusting them as needed to ensure staffing supports operational demands and business objectives.
• Manage inbound and outbound truck loading and unloading while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain daily productivity, customer service, and safety standards.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service and maintain relations with customers and suppliers.
• Communicate objectives, policies, procedures, and safety methods to employees.
• Use knowledge of customer schedules, delivery times, traffic volume, and alternate routes to improve route efficiency.
• Load and unload products according to load size and content description.
• Maintain a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
