About The Position
Champion Creek is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join its nursing leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing. This is a full-time leadership position involving clinical operations, nursing staff support, and collaboration with a hands-on Director of Nursing and the administrative team. Champion Creek is a modern 99-suite skilled nursing facility in Medina, Ohio. The facility describes its work environment as team-oriented, with an open-door policy and administration that helps on the floor when needed. The position works closely with the Director of Nursing and includes some on-call duties. Prior long-term care experience is required; wound experience is a plus.
