The Assistant Director, Digital Marketing & Communications executes Cardozo Law School's digital marketing program in support of Admissions, the Office of Institutional Advancement, and reputation goals. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Marketing & Communications, the Assistant Director works with the Associate Dean to translate the school's marketing priorities into digital execution across the website, email, and digital advertising. This is a hands-on role. The Assistant Director serves as Cardozo's day-to-day operator for its content management system (Drupal) and its marketing automation and CRM platform (HubSpot) — building and maintaining web pages, landing pages, and email campaigns directly, while delegating routine production to a Communications Associate. For paid media, the Assistant Director serves as Cardozo's liaison to Yeshiva University's central marketing team and external agencies, advising on targeting and creative and maintaining the forms and conversion tracking that connect campaigns to admissions outcomes. Core responsibilities include keeping the Cardozo website accurate and current in coordination with page owners across the school, building segmented email campaigns that engage current, prospective, and admitted students, supporting the Office of Institutional Advancement's alumni and donor communications, and reporting on digital marketing performance. The Assistant Director is one of five marketing and communications professionals who lead the function for Cardozo and supervises one Communications Associate.
