About The Position

Meketa Capital is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to support a private markets asset manager. The role combines marketing operations, campaign planning and management, and hands-on creative execution. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Director will administer the marketing automation platform, collaborate on content and collateral design—including AI-assisted production—and coordinate the accurate, timely quarterly production of fund fact sheets, pitch books, and board books. The position calls for a self-starter who is intellectually curious, comfortable working across a range of marketing activities, and interested in developing deeper marketing technology and AI skills. Meketa Capital focuses on expanding access to private market investments for RIAs and other advisors and is a subsidiary of Meketa Investment Group. The company describes its environment as inclusive, supportive of professional growth, and respectful of work-life balance.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content and design production, such as Claude, or eagerness to learn them.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, or interest in developing those skills.

  • Identify ways to automate or streamline quarterly production using HubSpot, AI tools, and other available technology.
  • Route materials through compliance review and track approvals to keep quarterly production on schedule.
  • Administer the HubSpot marketing platform, including forms, workflows, email templates, and list segmentation.
  • Develop working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, for collateral production.
