About The Position
Haffner’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The role assists the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager works closely with store employees to ensure daily routines and responsibilities are completed as directed by the Store Manager, and is prepared to perform the Store Manager’s duties when the Store Manager is absent. The position offers $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. The role is eligible for up to a $300 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, and report customer feedback and actions taken to the Store Manager.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked store with a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Complete daily administrative responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence in accordance with company procedures.
- Be prepared to complete all managerial duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees.
- Supervise employees in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Complete and delegate shift duties to maintain store conditions in line with the Store Manager’s expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager with following up on daily shift duties.
