About The Position

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support and assist with all aspects of community operations under the direction of the Community Manager. The role supports the supervision of community associates, customer service and leasing, marketing, lease administration, resident relations, rent collection, and community financial and occupancy goals.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing, hospitality, or a similar field.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers and residents.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing activities.
• Assist with leasing and marketing efforts.
• Assist in preparing paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid balances or late fees; communicate with residents about outstanding balances, implement collection procedures, and enforce lease agreements.
• Assist with resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Assist the Community Manager in organizing daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents, security deposits, and other community income.
• Support the Community Manager in maintaining and managing budgeted occupancy, collections, and related goals.
