About The Position

As a BCBA (Assistant Clinical Director) you will be part of a highly collaborative team of clinicians who have a passion for helping adults with disabilities achieve a life of quality and meaning. You will work with a diverse population of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder, with co-occurring psychiatric disorders, medical complications, or brain injuries who live in comfortable residential settings.

Requirements

A Master's degree in a Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required. In some cases, experience may substitute for academic training. High school diploma or GED required.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board OR BCBA-eligible, passing within 12-months of hire.
1 - 5 years experience in a clinical setting.
Strong time management and writing skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year.
Must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment. Training provided upon hire
Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical-behavioral assessments including FBA and FA
Design and oversee multi-component behavior support plans
Analyze and present clinical data
Provide risk assessment and consultation on complex cases to other department staff
Attend appointments with staff and external specialists as needed
Consult to peers in your areas of expertise
Partner with program managers to train, coach, and guide staff to become more effective in their work
Have a strong voice in advocating for the rights of people with disabilities
