About The Position
The Village Sicklerville is seeking a qualified Assistant Center Director to help provide children with an exceptional early learning experience. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field, along with 2–5 years of experience working in education, including at least one year of supervisory experience in a licensed childcare facility. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. The listed pay range is $44,000–$51,000 USD. The organization describes its work environment as supportive and collaborative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience working in education.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must meet applicable state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver’s license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
