About The Position

The Assistant Branch Team Lead I creates a positive first impression and builds strong member relationships. The role assists with supervision of front-line staff and branch operations, processes basic and advanced member transactions, and supports account maintenance and problem resolution. The position also supports the Branch Team Lead with branch service and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and a high-quality member experience.

Requirements

One to three years of similar or related experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems successfully.

Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Promote and uphold Fox's Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to members.
Help ensure members have an exceptional experience and that the branch team provides the same.
Balance branch vaults, cashboxes, ATMs, and cash recyclers promptly and accurately.
Support the Branch Team Lead with branch service and staffing levels, including MRO staff, ensuring adequate coverage and timely responses to member needs.
Maintain strong knowledge of credit union products and services and confidently share their features and benefits with members.
Support frontline team members with advanced transactions.
Perform branch audits.
Troubleshoot member concerns effectively.
Process member transactions and account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
Open new accounts, identify member needs, suggest products and services, and provide member education.
Positively represent Fox in the community.
