About The Position

The Assistant Branch Team Lead I creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships. The role assists with supervision of front-line staff and branch operations as needed, processes basic and advanced member transactions, and assists with account maintenance and problem resolution. It supports the Branch Team Lead with branch service and staffing levels, helps ensure a high-quality member experience, and represents Fox Communities Credit Union in the community.

Requirements

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to successfully resolve conflict and solve problems.

• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members.
• Provide an exceptional member experience and ensure the branch team does the same.
• Balance branch vaults, cashbox, ATM, and cash recyclers promptly and accurately.
• Support the Branch Team Lead with branch service and staffing levels, including MRO staff, ensuring adequate coverage and responsive service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of credit union products and services and confidently share their features and benefits with members.
• Support frontline team members with advanced transactions.
• Perform branch audits.
• Troubleshoot member concerns effectively.
• Process member transactions and account maintenance confidently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Open new accounts, build member relationships, uncover member needs, suggest products and services, and provide member education.
• Positively represent Fox in the community.
