The Assistant Branch Manager also supports branch operations and the Branch Manager through loan evaluation and processing, risk analysis, credit decisions, loan closings, insurance claims, recruiting and training, and plans to achieve sales goals and deliver a strong customer experience. The position is 100% onsite. Compensation is $45,000 per year, paid hourly, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually. The posting also offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and an additional $500 after 90 days with a satisfactory rating.
