Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and resolve problems efficiently.
Maintain a professional appearance and motivate a diverse team.
High school diploma/GED required.
2 years of supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

1 year of hospitality or banquet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor banquet team members, including recruitment, coaching, evaluations, and discipline.
Determine future business needs and organize banquet workload accordingly.
Direct banquet setup and communicate work expectations to the team.
Meet with clients to finalize last-minute details and ensure smooth service.
Supervise post-event cleanup and equipment inventory.
Participate in service and assist with room setup as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures.
Support team recognition and engagement programs.
Embrace company culture and values.
Perform additional duties as needed.
