The specialist also builds relationships with store leaders, public safety officials, and law enforcement. The position combines guest service with assets protection responsibilities. The work is active and physically demanding, requires schedule flexibility, and may involve varying environmental conditions. Although full-time, the role does not guarantee 40 hours per week; hours may fluctuate based on business needs.
