About The Position
The Asset Protection Associate monitors the Access Control System and CCTV, investigates theft concerns, and conducts facility audits. The role responds to critical incidents, supports case development, ensures compliance with security standards, maintains accurate documentation, and assists with the effectiveness of security technology. This is a full-time, onsite position in Mason, Ohio, with a schedule of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in retail Asset Protection or Retail Loss Prevention.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to detect and evaluate unusual behavior and circumstances.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Experience interacting with all levels of management and civil authorities.
