About The Position

Poclain Hydraulics is hiring a part-time Assembly Operator/Technician for its production team in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. The role involves assembling hydraulic motors and components used in equipment around the world. No manufacturing experience is required; paid, hands-on training is provided. The position pays a fixed rate of $28.00 per hour and does not include employee benefits.

Employees choose either the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) and an available weekly schedule. The posting describes a Thursday–Friday schedule with two mandatory Saturdays per month, and also states that employees may work up to three days and 24 hours per week. Overtime is not available.
