About The Position

Starting base pay is $21.50, based upon experience. This entry-level position supports production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assemblers rotate between assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping, with opportunities to learn multiple trade skills and develop a manufacturing career. The work may involve power tools, caulking, and cleaning units before wrapping. Overtime may be required. The position requires the ability to work in large and small teams in a construction and manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and self-starter mindset.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Able to bend, stoop, crouch, and climb.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders and work from a ladder.
• Able to work supported by a harness and fall protection at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Rotate among assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping positions on the assembly line.
• Use power tools and work with caulking.
• Clean units before they are wrapped.
• Work in large and small teams in a construction and manufacturing environment.
