About The Position

The Machine Operator prepares and operates production machines, monitors equipment and product quality, replenishes operating materials, and supports production targets and continuous improvement. The role is performed indoors in a manufacturing production facility and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and repetitive work. The position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Employees must follow company safety and operational policies and wear required personal protective equipment. Requirements

Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Fine motor skills and visual acuity for inspecting components and operating machinery.
Ability to operate a computer, mouse, and basic input devices.
Ability to respond to visual and auditory machine indicators.
Must follow company safety and operational policies and wear required personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

Load production files and prepare machines for operation according to instructions.
Assist with setting up and adjusting equipment for daily production runs.
Monitor machine performance and report issues or irregularities to supervisors.
Perform basic visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Replenish materials and consumables needed for machine operation.
Collaborate with other operators and team members to meet production targets.
Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
Document basic production data and support continuous improvement efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
