About The Position

Vishay Tansitor is seeking an Assembler/Dispense Operator to support Assembly and Dispense operations at its manufacturing location in Bennington, Vermont. The position is responsible for efficient operation of these manufacturing processes and involves performing specific functions in the production of capacitors. The role is on the first shift. The work may occasionally involve exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals below applicable government-established exposure limits. Applicants must qualify as a “U.S. Person” under applicable U.S. federal regulations because the position requires access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate Assembly and Dispense operations.
• Perform manufacturing functions in capacitor production, including dispensing, crimping, negative lead, racking, seal placement, ST blanket preparation, buffing, and vacuum impregnation.
