About the position
We are seeking an Art Producer to collaborate with our art and outsourcing teams to create exceptional environments, props, and visual effects for the next iteration of WWE2K. You will manage the production of game art, improve pipelines and workflows, and integrate outsourcing, internal artists, and technical art into high-end visuals. Working closely with the Art Director and Creative Director, you will advocate for the art team in feature and tool development to ensure our artists have everything they need to make the latest WWE2K the most visually striking and fun wrestling game ever.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with art and outsourcing teams to create exceptional environments, props, and visual effects for WWE2K
- Manage the production of game art, including documenting requirements, improving pipelines and workflows, measuring production velocity, and forecasting progress
- Integrate outsourcing, internal artists, and technical art into high-end visuals for the franchise
- Advocate for the art team in feature and tool development to ensure they have everything they need
- Build exceptional relationships with artists, producers, and stakeholders
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate art production with the Art Director
- Develop processes for efficient review, feedback, and approval
- Coordinate with other disciplines on tools, rendering, and lighting to deliver the best in-game result

- Ownership in art production for shipped games
- Expert written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of video game art production pipelines
- Familiarity with Maya, Photoshop, and other industry tools
- Strong artistic eye and passion for quality
- Experience with asset/issue management suites like Jira or Shotgun
- Love for video games
