About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an Armed Security Supervisor for a surveillance security role in Baltimore City, Maryland. The position involves monitoring security systems and surveillance screens to identify threats, suspicious activity, vulnerabilities, or malfunctions, and helping protect people and property. The schedule is 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Thursday through Sunday, for 32 hours per week. The role is armed and requires a valid driver's license, a state wear-and-carry license, and at least two years of supervisor experience. A valid Maryland security license is required or must be obtainable.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have a valid wear-and-carry license for the state.
• Have at least two years of supervisor experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Be able to walk, stand, sit, and climb stairs for long periods.
• Be able to hold over on a shift if needed.
• Have a valid Maryland security license or be able to obtain one.
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
