About The Position
A & Associates, Inc. is seeking a professional Security Officer to conduct surveillance of the premises and protect staff and visitors. The role is intended to help maintain safe, problem-free facilities and excellent working conditions. Applicants must have a valid armed security license (OPATA), their own firearm, and a Level 2 holster or higher. The work is in person. The posting lists full-time, part-time, and contract job types.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
- Familiarity with report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
- Registered as a security officer.
- Valid armed security license (OPATA) required.
- Own firearm and Level 2 holster or higher required.
Responsibilities
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after operations end.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Conduct surveillance of the premises and help protect staff and visitors.
