About The Position

As an Armed Flex Guard, you will safeguard clients and their properties. You will monitor premises, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security protocols at various locations, adapting to the specific needs of each assignment.

Requirements

• Valid armed security license and relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a flex or on-call security role.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Familiarity with security technology and surveillance systems.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, assess situations, and take appropriate action.
• Inspect premises and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Provide customer service while interacting with clients, visitors, and employees.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance security skills and knowledge.
