Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking Area Representatives to support its cultural exchange program in the Monroe, Wisconsin area. The organization partners with families across the United States who host international high school students. Area Representatives help match students with host families and provide local support to students, host families, and schools. Representatives work from home, set their own schedules, and choose how many students they wish to place and support. The role is performed as an independent contractor and offers supplemental, placement-based compensation rather than a base or hourly salary. Representatives receive $1,000 for each academic-year student placement, may qualify for bonuses and other incentives, and may have the opportunity to attend an all-expenses-paid annual international conference. Potential earnings are described as $1,000 or more per month, depending on the work put into the role.
