About The Position

Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking Area Representatives to support its cultural exchange program in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The role involves matching international high school students with host families and providing local support to students, host families, and schools. Representatives also promote the program through outreach and networking in their communities.

This is a flexible, work-from-home independent contractor opportunity. Representatives choose how many students they place and support and set their own work schedule. Compensation is per placement, with no base or hourly salary. The role may provide supplemental income and opportunities for bonuses, incentives, and all-expenses-paid international travel to an annual conference. Applicants must be at least 25 years old and pass a background check.

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks by deadline.
• Interest in cross-cultural awareness and enjoyment of working with teens and people from various cultures.
