About The Position

Loveland Ski Area is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to help maintain clean and sanitary facilities and contribute to a positive guest and employee experience. The position is seasonal and may be full-time or part-time. Full-time employees work five days per week, including weekends and holidays, during the winter season; part-time employees work two days per week, including weekends and holidays, during the winter season. Evening cleaning and facility resets are part of the work. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Full-time positions may be eligible for employee housing. Applicants must be at least 18 and have reliable personal transportation because employee shuttles are unavailable for these shifts. The role requires weekend, holiday, and evening availability. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation; employee shuttles are not available for these shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, floors, walls, windows, furniture, and fixtures in common areas, working efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain ski area facilities in a clean and sanitary condition during operating hours and perform evening cleaning and resets.
• Stock custodial supplies and inventory as needed.
• Collect waste, trash, and recycling around the ski area and transport it to pickup locations.
• Assist and communicate with security about after-hours customer-related issues or problems.
• Help provide a positive experience for guests and employees, with safety and fun as priorities.
