Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and the hotel sales team to establish and oversee group room blocks.
- Create reservation booking links and manage call-in reservations for group blocks.
- Set up accurate billing for group reservations
- Generate reservations reports for clients and hotel sales team
- Assist hotel operations team in blocking rooms for guest arrivals
- Ensure Accurate processing of invoices and resolve discrepancies
