About The Position

As an Arborist Assistant, you will support sales and branch operations in a fast-paced, highly collaborative role. You will make outbound sales calls and generate leads, create proposals, schedule customer appointments, maintain multiple sales calendars, and provide customer service on inbound calls. The role also involves building rapport with customers, processing payments, maintaining the customer database and accurate records, completing paperwork, and supporting Sales Arborists. You will participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support. SavATree is a nationwide tree, shrub, and lawn care services company focused on preservation and care. Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems; training is provided.
Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
Strong attention to accuracy and detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

An associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
Previous success with outbound calling and sales/marketing; 2+ years is a plus.
