Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is strictly required for this Arabic-speaking job.
• Proficiency in English to effectively interact with our diverse, international team in Sofia.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services sector is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our office in Sofia.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation to track interaction history and improve service efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring service challenges.
• Act as a linguistic bridge, ensuring seamless communication for our Arabic-speaking clientele.
• Adhere to established service-level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Proactively suggest improvements to internal customer support processes to enhance the overall user experience.
