About The Position

Aqua Tots Swim Schools Holland is hiring an Aquatics Manager to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role involves working alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. The position is salaried, with compensation based on experience, and requires 40–45 hours per week. The schedule includes four weekdays, with hours that may range from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and one weekend day, with an 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift rotating weekly. The employer is looking to fill the position as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Availability to work full time.
• Availability to work 40–45 hours per week, including four weekdays and one rotating weekend day.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Two years of swim experience.
• Two years of management or leadership experience.
• Ability to multitask, stay extremely organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
