About The Position

Join the Aquatics team as an Aquatics Director and help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for members and program participants. In this leadership role, you will oversee the lifeguard team, lead certification and training courses, manage daily aquatic center operations, and support high-quality aquatic programs and experiences. The organization is hiring an Aquatics Director for both branches. This is an internal posting only.

Requirements

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in an aquatic program and/or fitness program.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certified for the Professional Rescuer.
• Certified Lifeguard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in recreation, fitness, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered instead.
