About The Position
Elite Sports Clubs – Mequon is hiring a part-time Aquatics Coordinator to lead and oversee swimming lessons. The role is responsible for the daily operations, staffing, training, and growth of aquatics programming, including group and private lessons, while maintaining a safe, high-quality experience for members and families. Elite Sports Clubs brings people together through fitness, sports, and fun across four Milwaukee-area locations. Its clubs emphasize connection and provide a place where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee swimming lessons.
- Manage the daily operations of aquatics programming.
- Oversee aquatics staffing and training.
- Support the growth of aquatics programming, including group and private lessons.
