WIL is seeking an Apprenticeship Program Manager focused on New Jersey to help expand registered apprenticeship programs with employer sponsors and training providers across the state. The role may lead or co-lead program design and expansion, build employer partnerships, coordinate training and community partners, support apprentice recruitment, and track outcomes. The collaborator may also contribute qualifications and past-performance information to WIL proposals, but only with authorization to be named. This is a contingent opportunity in WIL’s expert collaborator network, not a funded vacancy. It supports a competitive grant application for which no award has been made; there is no guaranteed work or funding. If an award proceeds and the staffing model calls for it, WIL may offer a project-based contract or consulting engagement. WIL will ask before naming the candidate or including their resume in a proposal. The role is described as remote in the US with a New Jersey focus.
