About The Position

Glowbar is hiring an Esthetician to provide customized 30-minute facial treatments in its studios. The role welcomes new graduates and offers a training program valued at $10,000 before working in a studio. Estheticians work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a supportive team and opportunities to grow into senior and leadership roles. The position involves delivering Glowbar’s specialized, repeatable treatment technique, educating clients, and helping them meet their skincare goals.

Requirements

Hold a validated temporary or permanent Esthetician license.
Have a genuine passion for skincare, client care, and continuous learning.
Bring a warm, professional presence and a hospitality-first mindset.
For full-time work, have open availability five days per week, including both weekend days.
For part-time work, have open availability three days per week, including both weekend days.
For Peak Day Only work, be available at least one day every week on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Have a results-driven attitude and willingness to work toward monthly product sales goals of $1,000 or more.
Be comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout a full shift; bending, reaching, and lifting up to 15 pounds; using stairs; encountering varying temperatures and occasional laundry-room humidity; and working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver Glowbar’s customized 30-minute facial consistently and with care.
Perform specialized services including extractions, dermaplaning, nano infusion, LED therapy, and high-frequency treatments.
Educate clients, develop customized treatment plans, recommend products, and explain ingredients and at-home routines.
Document detailed client notes, build lasting client relationships, and guide clients toward membership as a way to achieve their skincare goals.
Keep the studio and treatment room spotless and client-ready, maintaining sanitation standards before and after every appointment.
Collaborate with Studio Guides and Managers, including helping at the front desk when needed, to keep the studio running smoothly.
Represent Glowbar through professional personality, presentation, and client education.
