About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Apprentice Jewelers to join its Field Design & Service Center teams. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up and receive a full training program to develop their skills toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. The role includes administrative responsibilities, customer service, interactions with stores and customers, clerical tasks, jewelry photography for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair basics through polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge are welcome, and candidates with a passion and desire to learn the trade are also considered. The role offers a promote-from-within path from apprentice to artisan.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standards for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design is preferred but not required.
• A high school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Ability to work seasonal required overtime.
