About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a training path from Apprentice to Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to develop skills and advance in a promote-from-within environment. The company provides a full training program to build jewelry repair and bench skills.

Apprentices learn the business through administrative and customer service responsibilities, including interacting with stores and customers, completing clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair basics such as polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, as are candidates with a strong interest in learning the trade. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with seasonal required overtime.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities
