About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Apprentice Jewelers for its Field Design & Service Center Teams. The role offers a full training program to develop skills from Apprentice to Jeweler, with the opportunity to progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry-repair knowledge are welcome, and candidates with a desire to learn the trade will also be considered.

Apprentices learn the business through administrative and customer-service responsibilities, including interacting with stores and customers, completing clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning basic jewelry repair through polishing and quality control. The team works to deliver a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Ability to work seasonal required overtime.
