About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center team. The role provides a full training program to develop skills toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, as are those with a passion and desire to learn the trade.

The apprentice learns the business from the ground up, performing customer service and administrative duties while beginning to learn jewelry repair, including polishing and quality control. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.

• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred, but not required.
• Varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule consists of a 40-hour work week, with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Complete administrative and clerical tasks.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.

• Work toward delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.
