About The Position

Signet Jewelers is hiring an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides a full training program to develop skills from apprentice level toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to progress in a promote-from-within environment.

Apprentices learn the business from the ground up. The work includes customer service and interactions with stores and customers, administrative and clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair basics through polishing and quality control. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required; candidates with a passion and desire to learn the jeweler trade will also be considered.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
