About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides a full training program to develop skills from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance in a promote-from-within environment. Candidates with a passion for learning the jeweler trade are welcome; basic jewelry or repair knowledge is preferred but not required.

The apprentice learns the business through administrative responsibilities, customer service, interactions with stores and customers, clerical tasks, jewelry intake and tracking photography, and foundational repair work such as polishing and quality control. The team focuses on providing a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and time effectively.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred, but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative and clerical tasks.
