About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join its Field Design & Service Center Teams. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up through administrative responsibilities, customer service, interactions with stores and customers, clerical tasks, jewelry photography for intake and tracking, and the basics of jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control. They train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through a full training program and may progress from apprentice to artisan in the company's promote-from-within environment. The team is dedicated to providing a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs. Full-time work consists of 40 hours per week, with seasonal required overtime; hours may vary and include some nights and weekends.

Requirements

Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
High standard for quality work.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
