About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join its Field Design & Service Center Teams. Apprentices learn the jewelry business from the ground up through a full training program designed to develop their skills and help them progress toward becoming Bench Jewelers. The role includes administrative responsibilities, customer service, interactions with stores and customers, clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning basic jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, and applicants with a passion and desire to learn the trade will also be considered. The role offers opportunities to advance from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment.

Design & Service Center Team Members are dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs. The position is full-time, consisting of a 40-hour work week, with varying hours that include some nights and weekends and seasonal required overtime.

Requirements
