About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides training to develop skills from apprentice level toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance in a promote-from-within environment.

The apprentice learns the business through administrative and customer-service responsibilities, including interacting with stores and customers, completing clerical tasks, and photographing jewelry for intake and tracking. The role also introduces jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, but a passion and desire to learn the jeweler trade may also be considered. The team is dedicated to providing a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

• Ability to work varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule consists of a 40-hour work week, with seasonal required overtime.
