About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a training program to build skills from Apprentice toward Bench Jeweler and, over time, artisan. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry-repair knowledge are welcome, and candidates with a passion and desire to learn the trade will also be considered.

Apprentices learn the business from the ground up, handling administrative responsibilities and customer service while interacting with stores and customers. They complete clerical tasks, photograph jewelry for intake and tracking, and learn the basics of jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with seasonal required overtime.

• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
